Customer Service Policy
Smitten Kitten is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and quality products.
Even though we operate solely online now, we would still like to offer you the same friendly and helpful service we worked so hard to maintain in the boutique.
If you feel a little anxious about making a purchase online, or have any questions, please feel free to email us and we will do everything we can to help out and make your experience with us a special one.
We will attempt to make sure that all the products listed on our website are currently in stock. Despite our very best efforts, every now and then a product listed has in fact sold out before your order has been received. This can particularly be the case when ordering multiple items. In any case where a purchased item has been sold out, you will be automatically refunded for the full amount, excluding fees. If the item is sold but still in production, we will advise you when it will be back in stock to arrange a back-order or an agreeable alternative item or refund.
We will confirm your order and payment with an electronic receipt directly to your email inbox. Our website will automatically send out an email confirmation to you when your order is placed and another once your order has been dispatched. Occasionally these emails end up in junk folders, so if you haven’t received a confirmation please check there.

We have a currency converter on the Smitten Kitten Website. The default prices on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you make a purchase using a credit card your account will possibly be charged in AUD. If you are paying from overseas please check with your card issuer as additional charges may be applied. The name that will appear on your statement will be Smitten Kitten.
All Smitten Kitten purchases are gift wrapped in complimentary tissue and signature cream ribbon, and it’s our absolute pleasure to do so.
